About 12,000 years ago, there was an important change in the way people lived. They began to settle in one place and farm the land. This happened in the Zagros Mountains in present-day Iran. Here the people discovered how to grow crop for food, and how to tame wild animals to give them meat and milk and to carry heavy loads.

As the people no longer moved avout, they built houses to live in. They learned to spin and weave cloth and also to make pottery.

I have no interest in pottery, weaving clothes or settling down. Nomadic lifestyle ftw! Besides, I can justify it with being Mongolian. “It’s in my blood maaan. In ma blood!
