I loved the game. It was like 90% Barcelona B on the line-up. The games average age was 19!  And the youngest player – friggin’ Gerard Deulofeu –  is 4 months younger than me. Holy crap. The A-Team is saving all their energy up for Sundays Clásico, but it didn’t matter. They were all sitting front-row and poor Messi fell asleep during half-time. Barcelona B is AWESOME! I’m sure Barcelona will become even more epic in the future… I can see a future Messi in Montoya, Cuenca, Roberto, Dos Santos – ALL OF THEM. The players who shone yesterday were the younger ones – even though Pedro scored the last two goals – it would have been impossible without the beautiful assists. The third goal was just… breathtakingly complex but as always Barcelona makes it seem like child’s play.

The heartthrobs of Barcelona in the future will be… Marc Bartra and Sergi Roberto. I’m just saying.
