We went climbing today. Filip was awesome at it. That is all. No, it was fun. I was as speed-climber and Filip had good technique KA-pow.

Circus party at the restaurant!
Today was the most awesome day at the restaurant yet. My aunts husband is a professor of sorts at a university for athletes and stage performers and they had won some international contest for entertainment. I miss the circus life sometimes, people who regularly use their body for recreation and not just “oh my god I have to work out because that’s good for me” are usually much happier people. Or maybe it’s just the fact that they are born entertainers and know how to enjoy themselves and have a good time. Around 30-40 athletes from all across the world were there and had a party and it was fudging awesome as hell getting to talk about neutropics, agility and to do it in so many languages. EMOCIONADAAAA! It was fun is all.

Today I was out in the woods, ran, found deer, meditated, ran home, showered and now I’m sitting here eating sushi. Will Smith said that the keys to life is running and reading. Even today, Will Smith seems to be the happiest person I’ve seen so why not follow his advice? So now I am reading about stunning places in the world – such as Kitaibaraki, Japan and northern Finland. Hugs!
Octubre del año pasado
1. Octubre del año pasado empezó conmigo y Lovisa escabullirse en Impala Club para ver Ladysmith Mambazo Negro.
2. Luego tomamos nuestros certificados de buceo antes de dirigirse a Mombasa.
3. Tuvimos nuestra noche oficial por primera vez en Nairobi en The Loft.
4. Tuvimos nuestra primera noche oficial de cabo a Fro.
5. Durante los días que juega con Zenith.
6. Y luego nos fuimos a Mombasa maravilloso. Allí comimos y hablamos cosas extrañas en la playa iluminada por la luna.

Septiembre de hace un año!
Totalmente enfermo! Hace un año que había comenzado el año pasado de la escuela secundaria en el Colegio Sueco en Nairobi en África! Nos fuimos de safari, bailamos y cantamos con los masai, nos fuimos al cine, comimos helado de yogurt, me trepaba a los árboles, aprendí el swahili, hemos probado los clubes de Nairobi, aprendí a nunca dejar que nadie corte mi flequillo, hice un video en español y yo salté elástico hacia el cielo.

Yo y Filip jugamos bowling y comimos en la ciudad hoy en día, gracias a un reparto impresionante que encontramos en Groupon! Primero fuimos de bolos durante una hora y Felipe ganó con unos puntitos más.
… luego nos fuimos y comimos alas de pollo y los filetes antes de ver la nueva película de Spiderman!

today – i’ve done stuff. i’m very proud of myself for having done said stuff. my eyes hurt from doing too much of that stuff. now i’m going to do more stuff. like dreaming away on the great escape from the world, but more on that later… i hope.
for now i am the luckiest girl in the world to have filip. and to have a nice booty despite my eating habits and non-existent exercising habits.
