Gouverner’s (the nickname me, Agnes and Andris gave the place) is probably the best restaurant in Curaçao. Affordable prices for insanely delicious food. We ate there almost every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner when batidos weren’t enough. Our favourite dish was the”Trio of grilled fish” with red snapper, tuna and shrimps – honestly one of the most delicious dishes I’ve ever had in my life. It doesn’t get much better than fresh fish from the Caribbean!
