An awesome thing about working at the restaurant is that I get to take any leftovers from the kitchen with me home. It’s usually the ends of the sushi rolls or some yakiniku. For a sushi fanatic like me it’s wonderful to make a luxury breakfast or nice lunchbox with it. During these summer times I try to sit out in the sun as much as possible while listening to some japanese folk rock. ♥.
